I have been using Volunteer Animal clinic for about 15 years now. They have always taken great care of all 3 of my dogs. Love Dr. Presnell. He is the best. He is caring and always honest in any decision that needs to be made for your pet. He always takes time with you and your pet and answers any question you may have. The staff has always been very good to me also. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Jack Presnell has a wonderful team that is professional, friendly, and caring. And Doc cares about his patients and their families. I’ve had the privilege to know him personally and his family several years, calling him my friend, and he’s also our pets’ veterinarian. Our old pound rescue Chucky, has been with us for years. He was bitten by what we think was a snake and it killed the skin around his leg after it had swelled up the size of a large grapefruit. I knew he would have to be put to sleep. Dr Presnell has been my vet for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. His staff is excellent and they are all like a second family. Love this group of people.
