Called for a couple of days to cancel my plan, was never abled too. They always said they were busy
Horrible customer service I have been trying to cancel my Benefits and they keep saying they will email me documents to sign and nothing I called multiple times during a week and keep getting the same response and nothing gets done. Do I really need to go in person so they can do their Job?
