Terrible. We were the only customers in the store, but our stylists were so preoccupied talking to each other that they weren't paying any attention. My friend got half her face dyed (not an exaggeration) because hers was just flinging dye everywhere, and neither one of our requests came out ANYTHING like what we asked for.
