Honestly the worst hair cut and colour I’ve ever had. I was super excited to get my hair done for two major events and and am so disappointed. The cut is nothing like the example provided and the colour has huge chunks of very blonde foils. There was very little consultation about the colour I wanted. I have seen Paula a couple of times for half head of highlights and cut and blow wave. Both times I have left the salon feeling very happy and loving my new hair. I really like how efficient and friendly Paula is, she also seems to be really careful not to over process the bleach and she gets my hair rinsed as soon as the bleach has done it’s thing and my hair still feels healthy afterwards. The haircut was good and I’m happy with how it turned out. However, the salon didn’t feel very inviting to new customers — the atmosphere could be a bit warmer and more welcoming. Overall, an okay experience, but mainly worth it for the quality of the haircut rather than the vibe.

So friendly and so talented. Prices are reasonable i got exstensions installed and am so unbelievably happy.

The service itself was fine. However, unfortunately the prices advertised and quoted were not an accurate depiction of the price I paid. They overcharged me and when I contacted them about this to ask why, I was completely ignored. No response email or follow up phone call to explain. Poor communication and client management.
