DONT GO HERE! Very Unprofessional, first of all It was my first time here and I got lip filler and they made me pay before I got anything done then said oh come back in a hour after I had already paid bc apparently the injector was at lunch, weird but ok but that’s not the weirdest part. I do not recommend this place I went to Volume spa several times without issue with the injector Tony, but I recently went back and they had a different nurse that was doing injections. I Received lip filler and also Botox. I waited for over an hour when I had an appointment already scheduled. But this is not the main problem. It’s been about a week now since I received the Botox in my Masseter Muscles to even out my face and help my TMJ but the Botox was put in incorrectly, and now my face is drooped on one side and lifted ... read more

I would not recommend coming here. I stumbled upon this place on social media & deeply regret not doing my research. They advertise “walk in welcome” but are not properly staffed to allow walk ins, so if you do try out the place set up an appointment. I payed for my service beforehand which is strange, every other med-spa I’ve been to administers service first then collects payment. After paying & taking pictures, I sat in a room with numbing cream on me for almost an entire hour. No communication, no cordial “hey, we’re run... read more
