I received a 90 minute sports/deep tissue massage with Doli. It was awesome! Her hands are strong, and she Spent the whole time working out a really bad knot in my shoulder. She also offered good advice on post massage things to do based on the problem I came in with.
Mike did a great job. Taught me some hone exercises and best practices. Very therapeutic.
I tried Katrina for the first time today, and she was excellent.
Just had my first massage here (at the Arboretum - north location) with Latesheia, and oh my goodness, it was amazing. She asked me about my preferences when I arrived as well as any injuries or specific target areas, and communicated clearly throughout the process, checking in to make sure pressure was adequate. Arrived 10 minutes early for a 60 minute 2pm-3pm appointment. Massage started at 2:10, ended at 2:52. That's 40 minutes total. Keep that in mind if booking with them.
