Nice and cozy apartment. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Walking distance to everything. Mangement was very understanding and helpful. I’m very greatful for them! Would definitely recommend!
IF YOU SEE MELY MELS REVIEW, I WAS A TENANT WITH MELY WHEN SHE WROTE THAT, I CAN CONFIRM THAT THE WALLS FELT LIKE LIVING MUSHY FLESH WALLS STRAIGHT FROM OHIO, 11 CODE VIOLATIONS IS A UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THE HOUSE, IT WAS TERRIBLE, THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THE HOUSE WAS THAT CHUCKIE CHEESE AND HIS FAMILY, ROAMED THE BUILDING LIKE RESIDENTS, STEER CLEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, VERY GOOFY AHHH.
The nicest landlords I have ever had! Heather is so sweet and she has taken care of everything I have ever asked her to! They have fast responses, they care about their properties. If there is an issue, they WILL take care of it ASAP! I have had no issues with Heather or Todd. I trust heather to do the right thing and it makes me feel safe having a landlord I can trust and talk to!
My fiancé and I have been living in 1 of their buildings for over 6 months. Ms. Heather is the most responsive, caring landlady I’ve encountered in Miami. Anything you need she is quick to respond and we have had 0 Maitenance issues or any other issues. What issues we did have were quickly resolved. I appreciate her business and would completely recommend her to friends/family!
I moved down here from Jersey a couple months ago and I am so blessed that heather gave me such a great apartment. I can have my family visit me and I can call this place my home. It’s quiet my neighbors are friendly and the apartment is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for anything better and I love that heather is my landlord. I highly recommend living here.
