I absolutely love my apartment , the location and size. it’s just what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better landlord. he has a great attitude. He does everything in a timely manner and with friendly response. Whenever I let him know about any problems or concerns he addresses them.. his properties are maintain well, and in a professional manner, I would highly recommend renting from Vollman Realty .

This man is a JOKE! I wish I would have read the comments before trying to make business with Dan Vollman. I have never met someone so unprofessional in my whole life. He was more focused on my marital status than on my ability to pay rent. We try to rent 209 Pleasant St and took him three long weeks of doing absolutely nothing and barely touching the papers to say things that weren't based on facts. Do NOT rent from Dan Vollman. He is unethical, and he is a liar. He failed disclosed the pervasive existing parking problem around his apartment complex at 207 Pleasant St. Oak Park, IL 60302. Most of the area is restricted parking. I paid Dan Vollman 6-months in advance and ended up having to move out of the apartment after four months to avoid additional parking tickets.
