RecommendedWe just had our first ever eye exam by Dr. James. He’s fantastic. My 8 year old loved the entire experience. We are so thankful for Dr. James and his help. He helped get me relief for my irritation and helped my son get set up with glasses that will be helpful with his school work. Definitely recommend this place!!
I needed new lenses ASAP as my old ones were damaged. I have a high prescription and cannot function without glasses. After the exam, they ordered new ones. A week later, I go to pick them up only to find the ordered the wrong prescription for 1 lens. No apology for the mistake, just put the old one back in with 1 new one, good thing I bought a cheap back up elsewhere to get by! You can't use glasses with 1 new lens and 1 damaged one! I had a fantastic experience at this office. I found the ladies up front to be friendly and very helpful! Allison helped me pick stylish glasses that I get compliments on regularly. The turn around time from setting an appointment to get my glasses was quick and efficient. I give this office a thumbs up with appreciation for the job they do.
