Company lacks communication skills. They informed me they will meet me at my location at 2pm. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I had to reach out and then they tell me no one will be in my area until tomorrow. Very unprofessional establishment.
Called inquiring about their services after 10:30. Tito (pick up tech) was at location of the car at about 11:40. Handled the business of title and cash. Walking away at about 11:50. Tito was customer friendly. People oriented. Patient. Called when he was at the location. The experience was hassle free. Recommend their service most definitely and would definitely use them again if need be.
Tito is Very personable and extremely knowledgeable....knew what I needed, had it in stock and the price was incredible. 👍 👏 👌
