The check-in process at the service desk was horrifying. The girl was extremely rude. There was no updates as to the status of my vehicle. I spent three hours sitting there noticed my car was done and had to go ask if I could take it back home. I listened to the sales, representatives scream at each other on the phone while on speaker. The most unprofessional environment I have ever been in. I will never take my vehicle back there. I had a really great experience here! Amanda was the best. She took great care of me throughout the process and made everything super smooth. Danny was able to get me a really good rate, which I really appreciated. Bill, the manager, was also very helpful and took the time to explain the features of the car and tell me about the previous owner. Everyone was friendly and made the experience feel comfortable. I’m really happy with my purchase! Will def becoming back here again.
