Stewart brought out the mechanical for me to discuss my problem so I could get a proper understanding of the details of the repair - Stewart was courteous and did the right thing to escalate my questions to get the proper answer
Once again Volkswagen World of Newton did not disappoint, every time I come in for service whether it’s scheduled or unexpected, the service is impeccable. I have been going there for years now with multiple VWs. The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff knows my vehicle and the Volkswagen brand very well, the service advisor and service manager always go above and beyond. I highly recommend !
Do not go here. I brought my car in when the EPC light came on, thinking VW would be a better choice than my trusted mechanic—big mistake. I was told I needed certain repairs, paid $1,800, and drove off the lot. The very next day the same issue came back. When I brought it back, I was told it didn’t make sense to fix my car because of all the other repairs it needed. Why wasn’t I told that before spending $1,800?
