Outstanding service
This has honestly been the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve brought my car to World of Newton Volkswagen four different times for the same exact leak and it’s still not fixed. The first three visits, they told me it was the windshield, it was replaced it 3 times, and the problem never went away. The fourth time, they said it was the sunroof “levels” and that they corrected it — less than two weeks later, it was leaking again. The place is nice, it's clean, free coffee and wifi! Staff was friendly. Service was quickish. My only issue is the staff should explain stuff better for you. I picked my car up at the end of 2022. Do you think I remember when my free service stops? I was told as long as the lease is valid, I don't pay for service. When a $500 bill arrived for replacing two filters and rotating my tires came I was a bit taken back. Yes, 2 filters and a tire rotation costs $500 bucks. My experience at Volkswagen of Newton was awesome. The staff was professional and courteous. Very personable. The work on my car was fast and clean. I appreciate the video documenting their findings as well as explaining the work performed.
