I obtained oil changes for each of my vehicles this week and was assisted by service advisor Syd during each visit. Needless to say Syd delivered exceptional customer service during both interactions! He was extremely courteous, respectful, and just had a positive down to earth attitude that I appreciated very much. Even when reviewing the multi point inspection results that are part of the oil change process he came across as factual and not pushy.
