G00d service and excellent customer service
Nice facility. Nice customer service. Nice to be open on a weekend. Did not care for the fact that they came back with 9 "Critical" items that needed attention. Most all of them which did not even apply to my current milage interval. Seems like a gimmick to me to up sell services that are not actually needed at all. Granted a couple of the items were valid. And then of course the dealership pricing for service. The oil change was on sale. That was great. But then these other issues that they found were ridiculously priced. T... read more
I had purchased a 2024 Atlas from another deale. I wanted to add some accessories that could only be purchased at the Miller VW dealership. My first contact by phone was with Joey in parts. He was so helpful on that first call and made it very clear to me that anytime I had a question about the car he was there to help.
