Nice folks, but I had called them about a dead 12 V battery and they told me to bring it in knowing I could only take it one place on my jump start. When I got there they said they couldn’t even look at it for a week. I called Chapman and they said bring it in and they’ll get to it in a couple hours. Guess who’s getting the 5 star review?
Went in for a recall. They were fast and efficient
After many times taking my Jetta here they never fixed it. I paid 900$ because they said , after a recall issue, I needed to replace starter. They gave me the keys and when I went to leave the car did not start Again.
I have been coming here for two years for oil changes on my VW Jetta- I am totally impressed with the service and hospitality. I make a 50 min drive to get my service done here because I cannot trust other service depots and it is wayyy cheaper! It’s pricey for any other maintenance, but it’s a great option.
