I get that it is a car lot. But they didnt seem to care about the customer. Just getting the sale. Asking what your max payment you want, and them just saying you can get a higher payment for a year and then just refinance. Like that should be the mentality you should have car shopping. They only brought us to the Volkswagen vehicles as well. Wouldn't take us to other vehicles that met the specs I was looking for.
