My Wife and I have bought a few cars from SouthTowne and every single time Jasna takes time out of her busy day to treat us just like family. She makes sure everything is taken care of and if it isn’t she will fix it as fast as possible!
Buying a used car here sucks. Less money in that I suppose so you go to the back of the line. Second time I've been disappointed by this place. There won't be a third.

I worked with Clay and Axel to get a new car from Volkswagen SouthTowne and had such an amazing experience with both! Clay made sure that I saw all the cars that would work for what I was looking for without showing me anything out of my price range. Brought my car in to have the battery checked. Due to it dying on the road. I did let them know, my car shut off out of nowhere while I was driving with my daughter. Luckily I was able to slowly pull over to the side & put it in PARK. Service said battery is fine, & that they want to run a diagnostic on it. But, they don't have a car for me to use while they do that. How horrible. I guess I gotta take my car home & hope no one rams me from the back, when it shuts off while in DRIVE again. 😤👎🏽
