We purchased a brand new 2025 Volkswagen Taos less than a year ago, and not long after, we started experiencing ongoing infotainment system glitches. We brought the issue to the service department multiple times — at least four separate visits — and every time we were told it was “just a system glitch” and advised to try temporary fixes.
