The first time I went to this dealership was back in 2023. Back then, I did not like the process of getting a new car, but there was a different management. This time, I received a lot of incentives and I upgraded my 2023 Jetta to the new 2026 Tiguan 9 months earlier on the lease. The process was very easy, but I wouldn't say that it was fast. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Hector, one of the senior brand specialists at Tom’s VW, was fantastic and made everything so seamless for us. As for the cherry on the cake, Anna, the finance manager was wonderful.
