I can’t say enough good things about Valentina and Ray. I was in a pinch and far from home, and they went out of their way to help me and make a stressful situation so much easier. Both were incredibly kind and helpful. They really came through for me, and I can’t thank them enough.
I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere when purchasing or leasing a car - no less a Volkswagen. From the initial purchase to the eventual trade-in (which was ultimately declined), the experience over the last few years with this dealership was frustrating and unenjoyable. Customer service was consistently poor, and there was a clear lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, writing this review prohibits anything less than 1 star. Working with Mike at Toms Volkswagen of Union was a pleasant and friendly experience. I came in knowing roughly what I wanted, a 2026 Tiguan SE R- Line Black. He took the time to explain all the features, set up my initial vehicle settings, and let me test drive without feeling rushed. Mike was knowledgable and helpful thought the entire process. I also appreciate the General Manager and team that respected my budget. I highly recommend Toms Volkswagen to anyone. I am sure I will be very happy with my new Tiguan!
The first time I went to this dealership was back in 2023. Back then, I did not like the process of getting a new car, but there was a different management. This time, I received a lot of incentives and I upgraded my 2023 Jetta to the new 2026 Tiguan 9 months earlier on the lease. The process was very easy, but I wouldn't say that it was fast.
