I have a recall appointment today. I schedule this months out. U would think they taking care the parts . I live in JC. I need to take a day off to get this done and when I arrive and check in 30 minutes later they tell me they don't have the parts for recall. This people is a joke. How u would make appointment and schedule me without the parts. I waste my time to go to this place they always sucks as always. They just care about to get your money. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY.

Volkswagen had the perfect car for me! Our salesman Jordan was very helpful and worked hard to ensure we were pleased. Probably the least painful and fastest we have gone through paperwork to buy a new car. The extended warranty is excellent and covers pretty much everything except an oil change! All the staff were very kind from the front desk to the finance office. I even got sent away with a bottle of wine with my purchase.
