Very helpful. They listened to my needs and did their best to meet my expectations.
Jet helped us out and he was a ray of sunshine in a world of used car salesmen. Knew his stuff, very upfront with numbers and wanted to get us in the car of our dreams today. We were also on the fence and his manager was very reassuring that this was the right place to buy a car. Highly recommend for excellent service and a knowledgeable staff.
I had a drop-in oil for life change last week. They got things done and were very helpful and friendly.

I am still blown away that this dealership claimed they fixed the chip windshield, which had viewable cracks, only after we purchased the vehicle and signed the paperwork. Now, they refuse to help get it properly repaired. They know that crack will turn into an insurance issue and lead to higher payments. Buyer beware—do not take delivery at night! Do better VW of Salem to show all the issues. Hiding concerns is just not good business.
