Skip at VW of Salem was really helpful and kept what I was looking for in mind. He remembered what I was initially coming to look at and let me know when it came in so I could test it. Helped me find a different car when the one I was looking at didn’t fit my criteria. He was able to get the financing I needed and had suggestions on how to do so. Made buying my first car feel a lot less overwhelming.

Chase was very good and knew about the vehicle that he was showing us.
Staff was helpful. Providing uber transportation was also great. They did all the things that needed doing and explained why certain services were needed.
