This review is exclusive to the service side of the business since I did not purchase my car from this location. I came in for an oil change in my 2018 GTI. I notified the team that my front left tire was low on air and the indicator is on as well. I asked multiple times that they please check all tires since I’m aware of a slow leak that’s causing it. Excellent customer service! I live several hours away and out of state or VW of Salem. To get quality customer service that I do not receive locally, this is worth it. Really great vibe in the dealership. Very chill. Very VW.
13 days to close out a deal! A blue Tesla. Ismael guaranteed me it qualified for both tax credits and I could get delivery of vehicle due to distance from dealership.(Employee ran into curb and needed repair) I insisted I would wait out the repair. Once Ismael became unavailable Colin stepped in. Colin assured me he had it under control. 4 days later, constantly asking for updates, no follow ups, and repeatedly being asked to wait as there were customers in store actively signing paperwork.
