Horrible Place 9/20/25- I find the car online in the evening. I send in a message. 9/21/25- I call around 10:30am to find out if I can look at the car. I am told that it shows it is in stock. Around 11 I get a call that the car has not yet arrived. I explain that I have lost out on 2 cars already that have been sold while being transported or while in the inspection. This place is a rip off ...they lied ...sold me a truck with problems...very rude ...service department ..my truck has been sitting for over two weeks...not touched....nothing but lies will never recommend vw of salem......
