We were in September in Chicago with our new VW. After we came home there were 2 notifications on the car's screen when we turned the car on. I called VW (not Quad Cities VW). They couldn't help me. So I drove up to the dealership and asked for help. 5 minutes and the problem was solved. Thank you!
Absolutely recommend them, though my current car did not come from them we recently had an issue that needed service attention and this is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. Jessi in service is absolutely wonderful. I worked a different deal on my new VW at a different location but after working with Volkswagen of the Quad Cities on the recent issue, their customer service will have me back there when it comes time to trade!

Costs of any services are ridiculously high, not to mention any "discount" is completely false reported and nullified if you decide to pay with your credit card since there's a 3% charge (I was told I'd get a $50 discount, only to see that the discount was $30 on the receipt, which didn't matter since the 3% charge with my credit card was upwards of $34).
