I’ve been servicing my EV at Berkshire VW for three trouble free years, and their service and customer care really do stand out in comparison with some of the other dealers. They are knowledgeable, well organized and accommodating. People who work here really do care about cars they service and sell, and they repeatedly made me feel that they care more about continued long term relationship as a customer than the short term bottom line.
We’ve been leasing Tiguan for the last 6 years from father and sons vw in Springfield my wife loves them her anxiety and stress are always put at ease when we go in. So we decided to go to McGee completely my fault to look at some new Tiguan's because we keep getting pressured to bring our Tiguan back for a upgrade flyer says don’t make your next payment “we want your 23 Tiguan wether it’s leased or financed we will accept it as trade in regardless of any outstanding balance owed” cool we only have 7-8 payments left anyway s... read more

Update: I did receive a phone call back from the service manager who was willing to fit me in sooner and explained the reason for the back up or delay in service appointments. I truly appreciate them calling back the same day and trying to do their best for me. My confidence is restored and I will certainly return to do business with them.
I don’t know what I have to do to get an appointment for vw service. I’ve left a voicemail with the service advisor, and scheduled a request for appointment online, and have had no response on either.
