Easy process, the staff (laura) was fabulous. She’s very knowledgeable and pleasant. The Gti-R is a complicated car and requires a fair amount of study. Laura said call any time and she’ll have the answers should I have any. Issac in finance was also spot on and not pushy. ALL GOOD Laurence Mase
