Issue my daughter has there with service is reprehensible. First new car she buys and it has issues that Keith in service effectively blames her for. I have bought three VWs there but will never do that again. Will not take my three VWs there for service either. Keith was rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere and so will my daughter. Shame lousy dealer service over a rear view mirror cost VW one lifelong customer and another likely lifelong customer.
Aside from the dealership (Scott is great, highly recommend) Service center is a very big issue. Brought my car in after being recommended by Scott to have my rear view mirror fixed. Was told by a member there it was bad and was hard to see out of and they replaced my mirror. Fast forward a month later, same issue again. Now being told by the service center that I have to deal with it and that’s just how the Jettas mirrors are. I went there twice last week, first day salesman Ryan Kerekes was patient and really tried to help me out, trouble was there were only 4 used Jettas, I wanted a Jetta and it had to have a moonroof. I had trouble getting a copy of my pay stub so he suggested I come back, that night as I was explaining to my s/o that I wasn't really happy with the car but I was desperate he decided to come with me and maybe I could get a new Jetta, one I will be happy with.
