After driving an hour and a half both ways and waiting two hours, they did not provide us with a rental car even after two email confirmations that they would. Our whole family has used this business many times in the past, but unfortunately, the service has greatly declined.
Great customer service. Explained the issue and they were quick to provide a solution. Best part it was free.
Be careful when getting a routine oil change, they will check boxes for completion and don't actually do the work.
