Service has gone downhill. Had my vehicle serviced in June. Had to have a part ordered and was told would be in within 2 to 3 days and they would call to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing so attempted to call and leave voicemails multiple times. Use the text messaging service email service and chat with no response for several weeks finally gave up and took my vehicle to Volkswagen dealer in the Quad cities and had fabulous service. Will return there for any future service.
UPDATE April 2025: While I stand by my comments on the sales side of things below, the service department is among the worst in terms of communication, customer service, and efficiency. The remote start feature on our new vehicle did not work from the first moment we drove off the lot, but we were assured it was an easy fix. Over three months later, and after two extended trips to the service department, each lasting over three hours, we were no closer to a solution. Tires I purchased in Mid-February had a blow out in Mid-June. 4 months! Nice tires installs and people, just wouldn't recommended the tries.
