I want to take a moment to thanks Susan Ahn who is always helpful, friendly and honest when I take my Passat in for servicing. She always seems to take addition steps to make sure I'm satisfied with my car's servicing. She take a lot of the hassle and stress out of taking the car in for repairs. Thank you again Susan
I took my 2008 Passat in for service because the engine light was on. The service manager informed me that it needed a new turbo--Since the car is almost 10 years old, I decided to trade it in instead of paying for a costly repair. Your sales staff, especially Renata Picciocio and Rodney Glenn were exceptionally helpful and professional. They made the whole experience a pleasant one. Within a few hours I drove away in my new Golf Wolfsburg.
