good service – I was on top of my buying experience. I got a decent amount with my trade in and was happy to drive off the lot in a car that smelled new.
2009 Accord – Bought my Accord at Honda of PC in 2009. I've been a satisfied customer for over 3 years - great car for the money, positive buying experience, and excellence service. I have had John Eagle do all the warranty and maintenance service. Will start at Honda of Panama City when shopping for my next automobile.
Not a good experience – We own a 2006 VW Jetta TDI and the warranty is about to run out on it, so we have been looking at buying a 2012 Jetta. We have used the service department in P.C. since we have owned the vehicle and have gotten excellent service from them. Couldn't ask for any better!!! So, we visited the sales department the end of December to see about trading. The guy insulted us, giving us very little allowance on our 2006 Jetta. Good price – Got the price to where I wanted and then bought the car in one hour.
Selection – Good dealership for Hondas in the area. I would recommend that you check out their selection.
Impressed – I was so impressed with Tim's service when purchasing my first Honda from him that I purchased a second Honda from him two weeks ago. He brings an analytical expertise to his customer service. His goal is to get the customer the car they want and need. He is great at discerning customer goals and comfort level. His approach is professional and cheerful.
Bought my Honda – They provided me and my family with good services. We didn't buy the car on the first trip in. That was just to sort of check out selection. I knew that we were gonna buy a Honda but I bided my time. Finally I went back and spoke with the sales manager and they made me a good offer. Now I'm the proud owner of a new CRV.
Best Deal – Honda of Panama City was the first place I purchased a car, now my son is purchasing a car and since I've shopped there, I'm taking him. I trust this place to get my son the best deal!!!
More than satisfactory service from everyone. I was well-informed the entire time and left with no doubts or questions. Would definitely buy again.
