I would give -100 stars if possible. Terrible customer service in the service department! Jose Carreon is all out rude and everyone there allows him to get away with it. They were all out of of loaner vehicles after constantly telling them I am pregnant and could not be without a vehicle. The only option I provide Oak Lawn Volkswagen a 1 star rating is because I am not given the option to provide a zero star rating. This dealer lies and intentionally false advertises in an attempt to gain business. I called, talked to, texted and emailed several salesmen over a three week period who all agreed on a sale price of $33,700 on a vehicle.
