Volkswagen of Oak Lawn promised to reimburse me for a defective tire. They never sent me a check. They also withheld the overpayment that they told me I would receive within 10 days. They were rude and would switch me around to different people and I was never able to get a clear explanation as to why I did not receive a refund. VERY POOR TREATMENT!
