I cannot say enough great things about the team at Volkswagen of Murfreesboro! I woke up to a completely flat tire and was so stressed trying to figure out what to do. I purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 one month ago from Volkswagen Murfreesboro which was apart of their "Carlock" program. I now have to replace the AC compressor, tire rod ends, and brakes a month later totaling over $2,000. I was able to acquire the inspection report from an associate and from what I can tell, the brakes were the only thing that were "changed" but tell me why a month later I hear metal on metal when I brake.
