UPDATE: The lease paperwork from VW Financial Services on the lease showed up in the mailbox with a $21 late charge assessed to a customer waiting on payment instructions and account set-up in the VW portal. Zero opportunity to pay on time! My wife paid the initial late fee to end the frustrating Customer Service torture. Now online, August shows another late fee due and the payment isn't due until August 15th. I would not trust this dealership. I purchased a $60,000 vehicle remotely after being repeatedly told it was in mint condition. When it arrived, it was anything but. The car has broken cup holder lids, ripped leather, a scratched infotainment screen, multiple scratches throughout the vehicle, missing parts that should have been included, the interior wasn’t properly detailed, and it smelled bad. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Paul my salesman was amazing from the beginning. He made me feel like I belonged there. Between him and Vicki in the finance department I owe them! They worked hard to get me the best deal on my 2026 VW Tiguan. They never gave up! I never thought it was possible to own a brand new vehicle but Paul and Vicki made it happen. I will forever be a loyal VW customer and promise to return for my next car! Do not hesitate! Go there and talk to them I promise you will not be disappointed!
2026 Tiguan leased, good point of sale experience but paperwork for tags and registration is now 10 days past due, we were assured we'd get a dealer plate if there were funding delays from VW, then that turned into don't worry about it, we'll reimburse you for the late fees. Dealership blames VW for delays in funding, as I customer I don't care if VW corporate has issues, take care of the paperwork for the customer and if they're driving around illegally do something different. Room for improvement all through this process.
