Initial sales experience was fine. The sales rep treated us well. Traded in my car, but did not leave with the new car since the financing was still being processed. Looked at the car on Friday the 17th. Did not receive the car until 6/29! Expected not to receive the car until Tuesday 21st due to the weekend and Juneteenth Holiday (this was also stated by the finance rep). Husband noticed errors on the paperwork after it was signed, he needed to call the loan company to have those fixed. Checked in for updated starting Tuesd... read more
