I let VW know that I was interested in a car I had seen online even though it was almost closing time. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car ready and waiting for me to see. Ashley, Lori, and Scott helped answer all my questions and get the payment within $20 of what I had wanted to spend. So happy with my Touareg and an awesome experience! Would definitely do it again! :)
