Rodney is my consultant. Each time he shows respect and genuine concern. He and the other reps are always ready to greet me when I arrive. All these little things are big things to me. The waiting room is also comfortable.
Told by robert I needed 5k worth of repairs. I cried at the counter out of shock. All the drama, all the “discounts”, 4k in the hole, just to have my check engine light come back on take it to auto zone and they scan it for it to come back as a code for the spark plugs. Sigh don’t feel great don’t feel reassured don’t feel very taken care of. Just tell me what I really need, thanks for the scare.
Went to get my daughter’s car fixed and they tried to add on things to be fixed that we just had fixed. It even a month ago. Just saying pay attention people the service guys will try to rip you off. Talked to the technician that did the diagnostic before the service guy that is how I know he was just adding things on that didn’t need to be fixed..
