Very much enjoy getting my vehicle serviced at this location. It’s out of my way yet the service staff and the front office staff are very personable as well as professional. The waiting area is quiet, clean, technology friendly as well as comfortable.
If your VW is having issues PLEASE make sure you don’t get Robert, or just avoid this place and go to Alpharetta VW. They scammed us out of thousands to fix things we didn’t come in here for, and didn’t need replacing. They also messed up the one thing we needed and refused to make it right, or fix the other issues it then caused leading the car to be completely busted now. Women especially, don’t come in here alone. They will not listen to you, even if you know what you’re talking about. Horrible experience.
When i tell you Rock made my experience so wholesome i contacted him i told him what i was working with and every single thing i asked for he made it happen from the buying process to signing my paper work i couldn’t have asked for a better experience thank you all so much for making my time amazing
Rodney is my consultant. Each time he shows respect and genuine concern. He and the other reps are always ready to greet me when I arrive. All these little things are big things to me. The waiting room is also comfortable.
