On March 2nd I took my daughters Beetle in for a brake fluid flush. I noticed that evening when I got home some residue on the headlight and bumper of the car. Took some pictures and sent to the service manager for him to see that they spilled some brake fluid on the vehicle and it damaged the paint. First they said it was battery acid then they said they didnt now what it was but dont think that brake fluid will damage paint, I called VW corporate and even they confirmed that brake fluid will eat paint in a matter of hours.... read more
I’m never buying a Volkswagen again! My Passat TDI broke in September 2020, and it is at the patio of the dealership Volkswagen Kearny Mesa waiting for parts until now. This week will complete 8 months that a car under warranty can’t get fixed, because they have no parts. What good is a brand that can’t supply parts for a car under warranty?
