Do I love going to the dealership for service? Heck no! But electronic steering can’t be done elsewhere. It was expensive, but they did a great job and they made me want to continue to be a Volkswagen enthusiast. Juan is a great service advisor who took care of me! Don’t go to Mossy! They held my mom’s Passat hostage and she had to get Germany on the line! Kearny Mesa VW treated me like a part of the greater VW family

Easy to book service appointment. Greeted when I drove up. Introduced to my service manager Earnest. He reviewed everything we were going to do that day. Asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned brakes. He ordered me a Lyft. 5 hours later he called and said car was ready. Called Lyft to pick me up. Reviewed all the work done and addressed my brake concerns. Had my car washed for an extra charge but it was worth it. All in all a perfect 10. Great job Earnest.
So I was having a big disaster lost my only key fob… Plot twist took it to Kearny Mesa Volkswagen and even though when I first came in, it didn’t seem like it was done these three joined forces and fixed everything so even after it should’ve been too late. I still left with my car same day… Major win Glen Foster, David Sarmiento and Zach Davis
