Had a quick and easy experience!! Customer service was excellent both in person, as well as personal follow ups to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
GLEN, or service rep, made an otherwise unwanted visit a pleasurable experience
My 2023 Jetta had to have the fuel tank replaced. Not a small job by all means. Ernest Brookes helped me through the process and got my car taken care of. The customer service was great! My car is back on the road and is running great! Thank you Ernest for all your help.
Great service. Peter was my service manager and he was fabulous, communicative and efficient. Will bring my GTI back again!
