I went to Kamloops VW to test drive a vehicle today after stopping to look at it yesterday on a holiday Monday. I bought the vehicle and love it, I also loved the amazing customer service I had at Kamloops VW, my salesperson was Tessa who was so much fun to work with and I have never had such a good sales experience buying a new car. The whole transaction was also seamless and smooth, even with my trade in and doing up finance and insurance. I'm excited to be part of the VW club
I went into the dealership not sure what i was looking for but Odin was more than helpful with all my questions. We went back and forth for a couple months about what I felt the most comfortable in and what would work with my budget and he was always amazing at answering my questions and getting any information I requested, whether it be about the vehicle or financing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at a Volkswagen as he made the experience easy to deal with even when I was not the easiest customer lol.
We were vehicle shopping and honestly did not have VW in our minds. We followed a VW Tiguan into Valleyview, liked the look of it, and thought we should stop in. I was driving through Merritt and my engine light came on, I called basically every auto body shop in Merritt and no one was available to look at my car (2015 Jetta). I called Volkswagen in Kamloops and they said they have use the scanner but might not be able to bring it in. I drove 80km/h to Kamloops and they took a look at it and explained the reason why my engine light came on and everything when great! Thanks Paul! You saved my camping trip!!
