Huge shout out to Brooke and Trevor in parts - I hope I spelt that right. I ordered fly wheel bolts through Brooke and then, ordered some (hard to find) parts for my diesel Jetta and some had to come from the states though Trevor. I got the last part that was offered in the country that was VW OEM. I bought a few parts over the phone before and had other people pick them up. Tessa and her team were amazing to deal with. They were readily available to answer all my question and had clear communication with me. I am very satisfied with my 2025 VW Taos!
Had a really great experience in sales with Dan and Andy in service. Dan made the sales process more relaxed which is exactly my style and made it feel like I was talking to a friend and not salesman. Andy has also been very helpful in service. He was able to make a couple appointments that fit my schedule and communicated well throughout. Both guys are great and love my new Jetta GLI.
