The service I was provided at this dealership was horrendous. I dealt with a lot of mix messages from each of their employees. They were not trying to work with me. Even when I had been clear that I will be providing a wire transfer since day 1 of talking with them, they were still confused and angry at me that I didnt have a check or debit card to transfer the 40k in my account. Any questions or even a small comment seemed like I was creating more burden for them. They forgot how to treat customers.
I traded in my van before Christmas for an SUV and am supposed to get cash back. It's been almost a month and all I've received are excuses. Spoke to their Finance Manager, Sales Manager and even GM (who refused to rewrite my contract since I canceled the GAP insurance, extended warranty and service package) after a 2 weeks, they call me to go in to rewrite the contract, but still no check. I can get the extended warranty and GAP from my Credit Union for cheaper and found out that the maintenance was already done, so need to... read more
