This facility values the client's needs. With some respectable negotiation on both ends, I was able to drive in with an old car and out with a new one on the same day. TL;DR for BUYERS: If buying pre-owned compare every thing on the Carfax to what you're actually seeing. Ask for an on sight diagnostic before leaving the lot, if they want to make the sale. Whoever did the Carfax for my vehicle did a very lackluster (or dishonest) assessment which lead to a number of issues. 10/‘25 - I just purchased a new 2025 Atlas Cross Sport R-Line Premium from VW of Gainesville. Our salesman, Freddie Hubschmitt, was great! There was no pressure to buy and plenty of patience since I had a hard time deciding what/which I wanted. After the purchase Freddie has continued to periodically check-in with me to see if I had any questions about ALL the technology. THANK you Freddie!
