Derrick was phenomenal. The great service started 6 months before we even stepped foot in the dealership. He answered our questions and was understanding that we weren't ready for purchase yet. Once all ducks were in a row I reached back out, he was very accommodating to my wife's and my schedules. The whole transaction was very smooth and low pressure. I would highly recommend Volkswagen of Fallston for all your VW service needs. Ask for Adam or Mike they both are trustworthy gentleman and wont try to sell you a bunch of parts or service products you dont need.
I recently visited this dealership to inquire about an SUV, but I found the overall experience concerning. The salesperson appeared indifferent toward both the surrounding community and my request to view a specific vehicle, which he was unable to locate. In the process, he also triggered a few car alarms early in the morning and dismissed my concerns by saying, “We do this all the time.” Additionally, I observed that the property behind the fence was poorly maintained.
