got my car in march 2025 or so and i’m having electrical issues -______- had a good experience and great customer service… but i shouldn’t have issues with my gas gauge. that’s insane. it’s still 2025 -_- welp losing miles rapidly and it wasn’t doing that before… mind you, this is a mentioned issue about the vehicle i purchased but if that’s the case, it should’ve been fixed prior to selling it… so i’m stuck having to get it fixed bc of the issue not being fixed before apparently. );
I had a wonderful experience when purchasing an ID4. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My salesman Marvin agreed to stay late to wait for me to come view the vehicle. He wasn’t pushy…..which I appreciated. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I am glad I made the trip.
