I have to give Doug in Honda a shoutout I’ve been trying to get ahold of Volkswagens service team for 3 days now and my calls go straight to voicemail.. Doug heard my concern and gave me their direct lines only to call them and they go straight to voicemail again… I’ve been in the car business for 4 years now, you’d think especially your service side would be eager to answer the phones and drive work to your service department I see I stand corrected….
It took me 3 weeks to get someone on the phone to schedule a repair despite leaving multiple messages.
