Went in for a scheduled diagnostic Tuesday afternoon. Waited an hour and a half for our car to never have been looked at with no updates. We then witnessed the service technician having a public melt down even in front of the counter staff. Everyone seemed shocked and embarrassed. We then decided to take our business elsewhere.
I purchased a Chevy Tatax and Lauren helped me. She's great to work with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Volkwagen Billings has been very good to me, as they sponsored me for my Miss Montana Teen USA pageant thanks to Steve Zabawa and Mike Morgan. Recently, VW just sold me a car at a good price. Loraine Porrazzo has been extremely helpful as she is a very genuine and welcoming person on the staff there!
Jordan was great! He made it so easy and quick and I love my new car. Went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10. Highly recommend. He really deserves a big bonus. He should probably run the place.
