We did not have a good experience at VW in Billings, Montana. Customer service and support were rude and condescending. We will NEVER invest our money there again. Prospective buyers should exercise caution and do not trust them.
Don't waste your time having them fix anything. Misdiagnosed our problem and we still paid close to full price just to have to junk the car in the end.
