Bonnie in the service department is fantastic. We were on a cross country road trip and the front brakes starting vibrating. I called at 2pm they got us in for 8am next day and we were fixed and out the door by 12.15. And Bonnie has 60 open service tickets she said! Great folks, great experience all around.
The owner and service technicians are rude. I'd never buy a vehicle or have service done there.
Went in for a scheduled diagnostic Tuesday afternoon. Waited an hour and a half for our car to never have been looked at with no updates. We then witnessed the service technician having a public melt down even in front of the counter staff. Everyone seemed shocked and embarrassed. We then decided to take our business elsewhere.
I purchased a Chevy Tatax and Lauren helped me. She's great to work with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Volkwagen Billings has been very good to me, as they sponsored me for my Miss Montana Teen USA pageant thanks to Steve Zabawa and Mike Morgan. Recently, VW just sold me a car at a good price. Loraine Porrazzo has been extremely helpful as she is a very genuine and welcoming person on the staff there!
