Had very positive experience with this branch when I have brought my vehicle for a repair. Thanks to Niki, a service coordinator, the process was very smooth and stressfree. She has arranged for the third party to execute corresponding repairs, had a courtesy vehicle ready for me to use and has informed me about each step. It makes such a huge difference when you have a staff like Niki in any business, she is warm, interpersonal and knows her business extremely well. Please management, praise her for an excellent work.

Their manager, Daniel, was also honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. As for the car, it’s absolutely perfect – VW really did a great job redesigning the 2025 Tiguan.
