I'm going to start by saying that I am a huge fan of the VW brand since I was a teenager, with that being said I am so disappointed with the inconsistency amongst some VW dealerships. With my experience at this dealership, I will have to say it's by far the WORST experience that I've had at any VW dealership. Bought a 2011 passat and they stated that drives good. After 5 minutes of driving cars stopped in the middle of the road. Fixing the car would cost me 6k. Don’t trust them when buying thru openlane.
