Unfortunately, I feel as though the service at this location has gone downhill. I have been a client for ~14 years. Recent experience, I brought in my 2020 Tiguan for a 75K km service. But I do my own oil changes (last done at 73K km), and will put on winter tires in a month, so asked them to skip the tire rotation and oil change. I even called ahead for a consult and was advised I should still proceed with the service. Don’t even want to give 1 start!! Highly disappointed. Had a very disappointing experience at Volkswagen Midtown Sheppard during my lease buyout. The manager pressured me to buy a 4-year warranty, and when I declined, the service manager exaggerated false safety concerns, saying my brakes needed a full $1,700 replacement at only 38,000 km. I was also pressured into changing my wipers even though they had been replaced just two months ago.
