We had been searching for a car for several months. We found a car we liked online that the dealership was selling. Dan responded to our email inquiry immediately. He included pictures of the car and additional information. We were able to make a great deal that included a trade in and financing. The staff was attentive and helpful!
I accompanied my daughter when she went to shop for a vehicle. Morrie's had one she had checked on and while we were on our way to look at it, Brandon H called her to set up a time. She said we'd be there in 30 minutes and when we got there we were greeted immediately, the car was ready for a test drive, we were offered something to drink and snacks, etc. Great customer service! Took my Audi to Volkswagen La Crosse for the first time and they were very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Great experience with Brandon H and the rest of the team today at Morrie’s. He was very prompt at returning my initial request for information online. He then had the vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. He accommodated all my requests and chatted with us as documents were drawn up. Very friendly. No pressure at all. These guys are by far the best experience I have had buying a car. They were no pressure, no problems. They went above and beyond with the "buy happy" experience and exceeded anything I expected. Not only did they re work a deal from another Morris's store (who were also exceptional) they did it with a smile. I will be buying future cars from here even though it is a 2 hour drive.
