I got my car serviced for the first time. The experience was awful. It took 5 long hours for them to service my car. I was told that they would clean the car and vacuum it inside. Even after 5 hours, they hadn’t cleaned the car or vacuumed it inside. I drove 2.5 hrs for this type of service. I’m never going back again.
I would avoid the service center at this dealership at all costs. My time with them was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It started when I was told by VW Care that the dealership would pay to tow my vehicle. I had to call the dealership 5 times across 24 hours to coordinate this (all while my vehicle was stranded) and they were simply incapable of doing so or even communicating with me if it was possible.
