I spoke with an employee named Darrel, who was courteous and helpful. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed the manager was unavailable at that time and was asked to wait. After waiting, I was connected with Adrianna (#12078), who seemed reluctant to engage and had a noticeably curt tone throughout the call. When I attempted to confirm information with her, her responses came across as dismissive. I’d like to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve customer service standards for future calls.
Unforgiving and money hungry company.
From the initial deal at Sutherlin VW to dealing with multiple 800# CSRs, who each say something different about the same issue, I'm frustrated, disheartened, confused and exhausted. Please do better, Volkswagen.....Smh....
When it comes to processing a payoff, I've never seen any leasing company take this long (upto 6 weeks) to process a title
They take a ridiculously long time to take the money out of your account. It makes it difficult to finance and budget properly. Over a week? I've never had another company take so long to process...
