Heather showed up 45 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. She didn't apologize and wasn't bothered that my time was wasted. Spent less than 5 minutes with me and rushed to leave the exam room. Pathetic.
Dr Volkman cares for to make you feel so much better. She wants to take care of your good health. Very pleasant.
I had been seeing another dermatologist for 20 or 25 years and he had recently sold his practice to a national firm but stayed on. I felt like my visits were getting shorter and shorter so at the urging of my wife chose to switch to Dr. Volkman - her dermatologist. I had a dark spot on my upper lip that I had specifically asked my previous doctor about. I love Dr. Volkman. I’ve had many skin issues and have been to a number of dermatologists. I’ve finally found a doctor I feel comfortable with. The treatment is high quality and everyone is so kind.
Excellent Doctor. Immediately diagnosed a problem I had been to 2 dermatologist and a Nuerologist. Best around.
I just started seeing Dr. Volkman as my dermatologist, to keep tabs on possible skin cancer lesions. She was thorough in their examination, and informative in her interaction with me. She was cautious but not overly aggressive in her treatments. I am so glad to be her patient. I have been well-served by her and her staff.
Dr. Volkman has been wonderful in helping me deal with psoriasis. I have never had to wait long for appointments. The staff is wonderful. I always feel as though they are totally focused on helping me.
Dr Volkman has always been very professional and after having skin cancer has been great.
