I have been a patient with ICPR for a few years now, and every visit is great. I normally see Vicki. But have seen every person in the practice I think at least once. They do what they can to squeeze you in to see someone if there is an opening. And they listen to you. Actually listen! They don't hurry you through like cattle because they have other patients. My son sees Shawna, and I have to say she is awesome! I took my son in there a month or so ago with an ear infection and some concerns of fever symptoms. Instead of writing me off as an over concerned parent (because there technically was never a fever, just the symptoms of one) she listened to me. I can't tell you how refreshing that was!
