They were prepared to be flexible about the delivery day and time when I discovered the recipient might not be home when I expected them to be, and then they were very kind and communicative when it turned out I had given them an address that was off by one number. The recipient says it is the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received. It could have all been a mess, but instead it was a perfect experience. Many thanks!

Our daughter loved the arrangement we sent to her. She sent us a picture of the arrangement and it was even more beautiful than the online representation. The arrangement was very artistic. We will order from them again.
