I went here a while back for lash extensions, i paid for classics and i ended up getting multiple lashes placed on one which is not what i paid for… As my lashes started shedding i noticed that so many lashes were stuck together. when i brought the first issue to the owner (with photos) it was brushed off and i did not receive any compensation (not even an apology) despite not receiving what i paid for. Amazing lashes. Jennifer was very professional.
I asked for a lash lift and my lashes didn’t lift one Inch. Got a full refund but now my lashes have been damaged. My advice is do not get a lash lift here. The only good thing to say is that the staff and manager was really nice about it
Lash lab is hands down the best when it comes to extensions. I can’t tell you how many places i have been and open my eyes when they’re done and it’s totally not what I expected. The artists here are versatile in their styles and know what you’re looking for. My lashes always look stellar. Professional and friendly, easy to book and I get in and out.
