Worst Ever! – If I could give this "salon" a -5 stars, I would! I don't usually give negative reviews but felt that the truth must be told. They will no longer have a "complaint free" record with BBB either!! They advertise that they offer "permanent hair removal" - but I have found out that there is no such thing as permanent hair removal with laser - so #1 that is false advertising. In fact, I also found out that it's illegal to say that laser hair removal is permanent and I'm sure the state will be interested to follow up... read more
I'm sorry to Terrible Experience – I am the owner of Voila Tans and remeber that we did truly mess up with this client. When I became aware of the second problem, I contacted her to try to earn her trust and salvage what I could to make this bad situation right. She was given a free body wrap and an airbrush tan. I think she was happy with the results beacuse she again came back in for another airbrush tan. Tanning and More! – I have been going to Voila Tans since they opened and have nothing but great things to say about them. Not only do they have great beds, they have personalized spray tans and other services for whatever your needs might be. I am always treated well and it's always a pleasurable experience, no matter what I am there for. They always have great retail stuff and are always supporting the local community. Great Service – Voila Tans tops the charts when it comes to customer service. Employees are always friendly, the store is always clean, and rarely do I have to wait for a tanning bed. If I ever do, they are quick to get me into a clean one. Best kept secret for tanning services hands down! : )
Terrible Experience – I was really excited to visit this salon after reading some of the reviews. I talked to someone on the phone and then went in the salon in person to schedule spray tans and body wraps for an upcoming event. When I went for my spray tan, the technician was a no show. They did call someone else in from home but I had to wait over half an hour. Ok, everybody makes a mistake right. I then went in a few days later for my first body wrap. BEST FAT/INCH REDUCTION MASSAGE/WRAPS – What can I say. I found a salon that does massage, wraps, tanning, Airbrush as well, laser hair removal, skin treatments, and hip awesome clothing. I called for an appointment and am sold sold sold, on their endermology and infrared wraps. If you want to tighten up and shed inches right away, a must for someone who wants to look good as well as feel good. This got my metabolism going again and revitalized a fatigued lady. Make an appt. you won't be disappointed.

Best tanning salon in Highlands Ranch! – I love this place! It is family owned and operated and it really feels like it. Low pressure sales, easy to choose from packages, no long term commitments, no outrageous pricing, great beds, miscellaneous fun stuff to shop for at the salon, and they even offer beauty services like facials and waxing. My husband and I are hooked and we're so happy to support a local neighborhood business that's not a chain and is owned by people like us.
