Extremely disappointed! Went there for a hair cut very recently. Showed the hairdresser (name starting with L) video of the layered haircut I wanted. And she not only agreed but described it as if she knew and understood and will cut my hair exactly what I showed to her, but in the end she ruined my hair! I couldn’t tell right away as she styled it in a way to hide the flaws! From the moment I walked into this salon I felt a warm feeling with all the lovely smiling ladies. Lily went above and beyond to transformed my entire look with just a few ideas I gave her. Her personality was so warm it was as if I had my sister doing my hair. What a wondeful stylist with superb technique. My def go to salon from now on! Thanks Lily!!

I'm a new client (joined Voila this year) so this is my third visit but I'm always blown away by the service, the modern salon and the reasonable pricing for the excellent experience. I'm so glad I found Lily - she gets the cut and color right each time, is friendly and conversational and very considerate of my experience and satisfaction.
