I took my 14 year old daughter for an appointment with Lydia for the first time and she was lovely. Lydia constantly checked in about length and style and my daughter felt instantly comfortable. We will definitely come back. Thanks, Lydia!
Absolutely horrific experience. I have never left a salon feeling so upset, dismissed, and genuinely angry about how I was treated. I clearly communicated what I wanted for my hair and what I did not want, yet I ended up with a colour I specifically said I didn’t want. Horrible customer service, horrible haircut, horrible hair colour, all in all a horrible experience. Really scraping the bottom of an endless barrel. Ruined my hair. It’s damaged and a colour I don’t want nor did I ask for. No one knows what the prices are. 6% tip on final bill without being disclosed at all. Stay away from this salon. They’ll butcher your hair here and then you’ll be gaslit at every turn. Absolutely abysmal.
Terrible. Asked for level 6 brown hair and explicitly stated I didn’t want black hair she gave me black hair. They have a 6% hidden fee on the invoice as “surcharge” that they do not disclose. Avoid this place. They are unprofessional and have no clue what they’re doing
