Thank you Cheryl (Boulevard location) for helping me on Valentines Day with the daffodils for my mother's internment. It was a crazy busy day and you never made me feel like you were rushing with my request in and effort to get more quickly to the next rose order. You showed empathy and respect and on top of that came around the counter to give me a hug and share condolences for my loss. THAT is customer service and I'll never forget it.
Working with Lauren Ross at Vogue Flowers was one of the highlights of our wedding planning experience. The flowers were exquisite, completed on time, and were even better than what I envisioned. Lauren listened well, communicated effectively and delivered incredible quality wedding flowers for my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres/corsages, and an incredible hanging display. We were so thankful that we happened to stop into Vogue Flowers about a month and a half before our wedding! Lauren and the team immediately took so much stress off of us and made us feel so cared for. We were thinking about DIYing all of the bouquets to offset some of our costs but having them take care of it took so much stress off of us and the bouquets and price turned out far better than we could ever have imagined.
