The so called manager is rude and arrogant has no knowledge of customer service she didn’t care about losing a customer. So much for customer support
I usually don't leave negative reviews. However I would caution you to stay away from this place. I got a pair of glasses from them and the coating on the lenses has peeled three times now. I have only had these replacement lenses for a little over a year. When I asked if anything could be done I was not met with any understanding at all. Their response was it is out of warranty date and there is nothing we can do. I understand it's out of warranty but I have been wearing glasses my entire life and this has never happened to... read more
