Been to a few places for glasses and this is the first place with friendly staff. Will go again next time to this location!
Closed because it rained outside after calling me to tell me my glasses were in. Don’t have my glasses for work now, and have to wait until next weekend. Hopefully it’s not cloudy they might decide to close! And good luck getting someone to answer the phones. I’ll go to a different location or Costco next time.
Wonderful experience at the Cole harbour branch. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my family of 4 had our eye exams last week. Looking forward to receiving our new glasses.
I have visited several eyeglass stores over the years, but Vogue Optical surpassed them all. The store offers an incredible selection of glasses, and their "buy 1 pair, get a 2nd free" deal is incredible. However, what truly sets them apart is their outstanding staff, who are kind, considerate, and exceptionally helpful. Hello my name is Daren. I am visiting from Newfoundland and had an accident with my glasses. I was in Cole harbour for funeral arrangements and asked for directions to a vogue optical store . I entered and immediately was met by a lady who didn’t hesitate to help, she fixed my glasses (couldn’t fix my glue mishap) . I’d like to give a big thank you to her , fabulous service.
