Have had the eye exam and purchased 2 pairs of glasses about 6 months ago. Had one of the frames break and they replaced the same day i called, under warranty for free no questions asked. It was a pleasant surprise!
If you can avoid please do... I had 2 eye exams here week or so apart and was told yes I need glasses but my eyes look fine no issues on both exams from Ms.Atrash .. got glasses 2 times and still couldn't see well... went to Costco and got 2 eye exams with both stating I have cateracts and glasses won't fix my issue but may help will need surgery in the future .. How can that be missed by a professional that does this for a living ... not 1 time but twice on my eyes missed what another doctor seen right away.. These are my e... read more
Been to a few places for glasses and this is the first place with friendly staff. Will go again next time to this location!
Closed because it rained outside after calling me to tell me my glasses were in. Don’t have my glasses for work now, and have to wait until next weekend. Hopefully it’s not cloudy they might decide to close! And good luck getting someone to answer the phones. I’ll go to a different location or Costco next time.
Wonderful experience at the Cole harbour branch. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my family of 4 had our eye exams last week. Looking forward to receiving our new glasses.
