Best Limousine Service in Town – We had a New Year's Eve wedding and got a Limo for the wedding and a shuttle for my guests that evening. Everyone from the office guys to the driver were incredibly kind, smart, and accommodating. Our driver was there every step helping me out, everyone's bags, dresses, and comfort were all taken care of. Riding around was so much fun and made it all that much more special! My guests were also very thankful for a shuttle so no drinking and driving!!
You will lose your $750 cash deposit – When I returned the RV is was quite clean and I did spent 2 hrs cleaning it from top to bottom. I actually was quite proud of the condition in which it was returned. They said it was filthy and charged me a $300 cleaning fee. They said there were scratches on the right side which were barely visible and charged me a fee to buff them out. Don't believe what you read... – I am a long standing customer of K-Rentals and when I read this review I couldn't believe it! I am familiar with this incident, if it's the one I think it is, because I was present when this individual brought the rental unit back. To describe the damage done to the 31' RV as a "slight fender bender" is akin to labeling Hurricane Katrina as a mild summer shower with slight flooding! This person trashed the unit! Renter's Beware! – RENTERS BEWARE!!! Truth be told, I was lucky to get away with my life! I returned a 31 Ft. RV I rented and was verbally accosted. All the bad stuff you read about this company is true. They are scam artists. Yes, I admitted to a slight fender bender, but by the time it was all said and done, they scammed several thousand from my insurance company, claiming damage I never did. If you like being scammed this is your place – Just like the other posters before (and please disregard the positive post because it was probably written by the owner), this place works a major "cleaning" scam. Be prepared for about $200-$300 in extra charges if the RV doesn't come back like an operating room..even then they will find a crumb or a fingerprint and tell you it is going to cost you $100 to clean. Renters Beware....Terrible Customer Service – The owner is a con-artist. He will say anything and to anything just to make the sale. Super nice before the sale - nasty after you sign with them. Such poor customer service. He needs to change his attitude. Best Fleet Anywhere! – RV rentals are not for everyone, but if you want a clean, well maintained and trouble free rental, then this is your place. If you want to throw keg parties, take their vehicles into areas you would not take your own vehicle, then rent from someone else. The owners here are extremely proud of every vehicle in their fleet. Charge me out the butt! – I rented a 15 passenger van for 2 days. We accidentally broke the rear passenger window out of it. K Rentals kept the entire $750 deposit for a $200 window repair. I had an estimate written up, if only I had an extra day to get it repaired. Don't give these people cash!
Want to be in an RV demolition derby? – While the service is pleasant, they keep most of your security deposit. I rented a 32 foot RV for a weekend with four friends. We took especially good care of it and spent 5 hours cleaning it inside and out before returning it. It was spotless inside, even the kitchen appliances looked brand new and they charged us $450 in cleaning fees not to mention a dozen other hidden charges.
